Mosaicsystem: PGM 24

More than 15 years of experience in the planning and manufacturing of mosaic mimic boards and control room technique are reflected in the new plastic mosaic system PGM 24. The advantages of high-quality plastics - e.g. low weight at a high stability, low flamability, corrosion resistence, colour fastness, etc.- are combined in this system with the wide range of electrical components, cubicles and desk systems as well as the automated graphical presentation capabilities of our company.

The components from our other systems, for example: LEDs, incandescent lamps, pushbuttons and switches are compatible. New components will be developed from time to time and we welcome ideas from our customers.
The constructional conception of the PGM 24-System permits a completely automated manufacturing of the mosaics. We pass this advantage, saving costs compared with traditional systems, on to our customers.Graphical CAD processing by means of our largescale graph plotter (up to 1200 x 2400 mm) guarantees maximum quality in short processing times.

Description of the System

The mosaic tiles are fixed by means of borings and the pins symmetrically arranged at the tile sides. The surface precision of the system is thus guaranteed. For stabilization the starshaped bolts are set in with bracing springs. The bolt screw permits support of heavy equipment and the adaption of special equipment. Manufacture of curved mosaic panels is possible without any problems. The bordering of the panels can be made alternatively of aluminium frame profile, frame tiles, or by direct mounting with PLT profile and in frame systems.
